The campaign explained to target audiences that care homes were safe places for their relatives, and that maximum precautions were being taken during COVID-19.

Our hopes to build consumer confidence and change negative perceptions of care homes were met with great success. Thanks to our in-depth media research and pitches to a carefully selected target media, we exceeded our coverage goals and Vida Healthcare saw a 77% increase in web traffic on the campaign’s launch day, with increased new customer enquiries and new residents.
