Sustainable housebuilder and our client, Keepmoat has trusted us with its PR for more than a year. For many agencies, outperforming your own results can come as a challenge but because we dedicate ourselves solely to PR, we’ve been able to comfortably achieve a 20% growth in coverage each quarter.
Our vision was to position Keepmoat as the housebuilder of choice for millennials while showcasing its unique Partnership Business Model which sees Keepmoat deliver 1000’s of much needed homes each year.
The overarching aim is to drive coverage based on the strategic content pillars Lucky North crafted to position the brand as a key player in the UK housing sector. This is through both Group focussed activity and servicing the nine regions it operates within in the UK. We drove the headlines to ensure Keepmoat was front of mind for its multiple target audiences across the UK with business priorities plus topical and relevant content.
To achieve this we pitched content focused on championing Keepmoat’s partnerships including developments being delivered alongside Homes England and local authorities, its social value work such as the bricklaying academy at HMP Moorland and Keepmoat’s gains against the Government’s upcoming Future Homes Standard which aims to decarbonise new homes by focussing on improving heating, hot water systems and reducing heat waste.
